Orders

You may order over the phone, or call if you have any questions between the hours of Midday to 9pmEST Monday to Friday:

If you do call, please make sure that you do also e-mail your request to me also for a more prompt response.
The earlier you place your custom order, the sooner I will have it to you, usually one to two weeks turn around to Priority Mail shipping.
Shipping:
- All orders are shipped via First Class Mail no later than three business days after your order has been placed. You can also indicate Priority Mail ($6.00), Express Mail ($20.00), Global Priority Mail ($20.00). All orders are shipped via First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. If you would prefer another shipping method than First Class, please indicate in the Special Comments section of your shopping cart. Your credit card will be run manually to reflect your desired shipping method. KiwiJewels.com is not responsible for lost items after than have been received at the destination Post Office or Shipping Address.
- KiwiJewels.com is NOT responsible for any Customs or related charges for international shipping.
Location:
- All orders are handmade by KiwiJewels.com and shipped via First Class Mail from New York, USA within 5 to 7 business days of you placing your order
- Every order is shipped in a KiwiJewels.com Purple Gift Box.
- All correspondence is answered promptly.
- All New York State Customers will be charged 8.75% Sales Tax.
Quality:
- All Kiwi Jewels products are thoroughly tested for strength before shipping out so you can be assured of a quality piece.
Ordering:
- Secure: Once you would like to place an order, simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button below the item, the item will immediately go into your a SSL secure shopping cart. Your credit card details are not kept on file, or printed for your security.
- Please make sure you enter your name and address into the shopping cart exactly the way it appears on your credit card statement. Your order will be delayed if you do not provide the exact Credit Card Statement Billing Address and name in your shopping cart.
- To keep on shopping, simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button on your Shopping Cart.
Returns
- I do NOT accept any returns or refunds, each piece is handcrafted to your order. Each piece of jewelry has detailed descriptions and pictures, if you need any more information on a piece before purchase, please just email or call me.
Custom Work
- Please make any special requests, jewelry lengths or special gemstone requests in the box provided in the Shopping Cart. If a piece is marked 'adjustable', you must provide your desired length in your shopping cart.
Pricing
- All prices quoted are in American Dollars. All items are shipped usually 5 to 7 days after your order has been placed via First Class Mail.
International Orders
- If you are ordering from outside of the USA, please email me to confirm if I ship to your country, and to receive the most cost effective, safest shipping method for you. Items shipped out of USA are sent via Global Priority Mail. Shipping normally takes up to five business days to two weeks. Customs may hold up any package for any reason and I am not responsible for any delays and therefore, cannot guarantee delivery. KiwiJewels.com is not responsible for any internationally shipped items that may get lost in the mail. KiwiJewels.com is not responsible for any Customs/VAT charges or similar.
Ordering Problems
- If you have any problems during shopping, please e-mail or call (585 298 8690) me, your query will be responded to promptly. KiwiJewels.com e-mail is checked frequently all day, every day.
- No order will be shipped out until your credit card payment has processed. This can take up to three business days. Please contact me if you have any queries.
Custom Orders:
- If you have a custom order, please e-mail your request to me here and I will do my best to fill your order. You can give me a photo or description of what you would like (or what you would like your piece to 'go' with!).
- All Custom Orders require at least a full payment or non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit. This is standard practice with all custom orders.
- There are no returns on custom orders.
- Please let me know of any deadlines you have for custom pieces
- You are provided with pictures and dimensions of your Custom Jewelry before it is shipped to you. Any changes you want to make to your Custom Jewelry after you receive it will incur a minimum $20 ($20 per hour thereafter) labor fee plus parts.
FRAUD
Don't waste your time trying to make a fraudulent purchase, I spend a lot of time to check each and every order for validity. I will ship to most countries out of the USA, however, due to the high percentage of scams, I will NOT accept orders from Nigeria, the Middle East Nigeria, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, India, Thailand or Indonesia.
All IP addresses are logged, credit card details are checked thoroughly, if you are found to be making a fraudulent purchase with a stolen credit card, the proper authorities in your Count, Town, State or Country will be notified, as well as the FBI Fraud unit.
Due to the high amount of fraud, if your Computer's IP address does not match with your Billing Address you have provided, your order will be ignored. If you have a valid reason as to why your IP address does not match your billing address, please let me know.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards. I will also accept Paypal for payment. There is an option in your shopping cart, as you check out to pay via PayPal.

Checks: I will also accept checks, these will be cleared before creation of your jewelry and/or shipping of product, which can take up to 5 working days. If you are paying by check, I will need to have your full name that is printed on your check and your physical address. There is a $30.00 fee for all bad checks. After your order is placed, you will be kept in constant contact via email or phone on the status of your order and shipping. If you are paying via Credit Card, your item will be shipped as soon as your transaction has cleared. This usually takes no longer than three to five business days.

Shipping
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 with all purchases, this includes
Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation. All pieces are wrapped tastefully in a
gift box.
Free Shipping: all orders over $100 receive free Priority Mail shipping.
I Priority Mail all orders within five business days. $6.00 Shipping Fee.
Express Mail: from mailing, delivery time is 1-2 business days from shipping date. $20.00 Shipping Fee manually added to your order.
Global Priority Mail: from mailing, delivery time is around 5-11 business days $20.00 Shipping Fee manually added to your order KiwiJewels.com is not responsible for any Customs Charges/VAT taxes or anything similar. KiwiJewels.com cannot guarantee international delivery as Customs can hold up any package for any reason. KiwiJewels.com is not responsible for delivery or any items lost via International Mail..
I do not ship to Private Mail Boxes.
KiwiJewels.com ships all purchases through USPS Priority Mail. KiwiJewels.com accepts no responsibility or reimbursement to lost packages if Delivery has been confirmed at the destination Post Office.
Returns
Any breakages to jewelry must be returned to KiwiJewels.com for
inspection. Please notify me before sending the shipment to me. You must
Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation your jewelry back to KiwiJewels.com (or
similar shipment method with tracking). Any items received without
notification will be returned to you. Please return all parts of any
broken jewelry with your purchase. Upon inspection, if the fault is due to
faulty parts, your piece will be fixed free of charge and return shipping.
If the breakage is due to customer 'neglect', you will be charged a $20 minimum
labor fee plus parts for repair.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers for your purchased amount will be sent electronically to your chosen recipient, with a confirmation of delivery sent to you. If you would prefer, a paper Voucher can be mailed with a gift card instead of e-mailed. View Gift Cards here

Action: KiwiJewels.com has used lawyers to take copyrighted pictures down.
There are sellers on E-bay that have used my copyrighted pictures to sell as their own in Auctions. KiwiJewels.com does not sell on any Auction site and you should be wary of the quality of any piece claiming to be made by KiwiJewels.com that is not purchased from this website.
No artist takes kindly to other people using their own work as 'their own'. Self-employed artists work very hard to make their living, and theft is always prosecuted to the fullest extent.
